Session 5: Everything is Changing about Marketing… or is It?
As we all adjust to the reality of shutdowns, shelter-in-place orders and routine economic uncertainty due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we must still keep our businesses afloat. That means feeding the marketing machine, keeping up with business development, delivering excellent customer service, and winning work. While the way we meet and get to know one another has shifted from shared coffee on a breezy sidewalk or cocktails at pau hana, these meetings still need to happen. Relationships are still at the core of how we build business. This session will focus on some new and some upgraded tried-and-true techniques to help you keep your existing relationships healthy and build some new ones. Undoubtedly, we’ve opened Pandora’s Box when it comes to meetings, some things may never go back to the way they were. That’s not necessarily bad, it means we need to shift and pivot to a new reality. Let’s figure this out.
