Abstract:
Production builders in Hawai‘i have faced tremendous challenges this year trying to produce housing to keep up with demand. Many homes are sold through a lottery before they are even built, but supply chain issues, steep inflation, building permit delays, and rising interest rates have slowed down the momentum for many of our developers. This panel of Hawa’i’s largest residential developers will provide a glimpse into how they are coping with these issues, and how they are assisting to make things better in the coming year.
