PBX21 Health & Safety Protocols and Guidelines
The health and safety of exhibitors, guest speakers, attendees, event staff and volunteers are top priorities for PBX21. We are committed to ensuring PBX21 follows current government requirements for gatherings, meetings and events on the island of O‘ahu and that our event complies with the latest COVID-19 health and safety protocols established by the CDC, Hawai‘i’s Department of Health and the Hawai‘i Convention Center.
Learn about the Hawai‘i Convention Center’s industry-leading protocols here.
Current requirements are:
- Wear a face covering while on the Hawai‘i Convention Center premises, except when actively eating or drinking.
- Be subject to body temperature screening at entry points.
- Should you feel sick or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we kindly ask that you stay home for the safety of others.
These requirements are subject to change, depending on changes in government health and safety protocols.
We look forward to safely welcoming you to a great PBX21!
PBX21 Organizing Committee
Please read and affirm the following prior to registration:
I understand that the Hawai‘i Convention Center requires PBX sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, volunteers and attendees to either be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson) at least 14 days before PBX21 OR receive a negative COVID-19 test at most 72 hours before admission to PBX21. I affirm that I comply with these requirements and will have documentation available (photo, scan or copy of vaccination card or negative test result) in the event the HCC requests to see this information.
Please understand that PBX is obliged to adhere to these health and safety measures as part of our contract with the State of Hawaii and Hawaii Convention Center.
