Beyond the Buzz: Making AI Work for the Design & Construction Industry
Presented by Zach Giglio
Artificial intelligence is already changing how architects, engineers, contractors, and owners communicate, plan projects, manage information, and make decisions. Drawing on GCM’s work helping organizations across the country implement practical, off-the-shelf AI solutions, Zach Giglio will separate the hype from reality, sharing what AI can do today, where organizations commonly struggle and how to approach adoption responsibly.
Through real-world examples and interactive discussion, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of AI’s current capabilities and limitations while exploring practical opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and collaboration. Whether you’re just beginning to explore AI or looking to build on existing experience, you’ll leave with actionable insights and a better understanding of where AI can create meaningful, measurable value.
